We only collect information necessary to provide our services:
- Email address. Required to deliver your access codes, send exam results, and allow you to re-enter an active exam session.
- Exam data. We store your exam answers, scores, and time remaining to facilitate the resume feature and generate your results email.
03Payment information
We do not store your credit card details. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We only receive a confirmation transaction ID and the email address associated with the purchase.
04Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers to run our infrastructure. By using our service, you acknowledge your data may be processed by:
- Google Firebase. Hosting and database storage.
- Stripe. Payment processing.
- Brevo. Transactional email delivery.
05Data retention and usage
We use your email solely for transactional purposes. We do not sell your data to advertisers. Access codes and associated exam data are retained to verify validity and provide customer support.
